The e-commerce adventure at Vassel Graphique began in 2007, with our first client Manitowoc (a multi-brand company specializing in cranes, with national and international subsidiaries and resellers). Their problem was: the storage and management of printing and shipping of brochures and other communication/marketing materials.

A unique tailor-made service!

The challenge for Vassel Graphique was to offer a service that did not yet exist, neither here nor elsewhere. It was necessary to combine the implementation of an online ordering system for all documents, manage access for different users, but also storage, order management and shipping of all materials.

At that time, web-to-print was only in its early stages and stages and Vassel Graphique was one of the first printing companies to take the turn. This required a deep reflective work to put in place both the physical organization meeting the client’s requirements, as well as the implementation and integration of the different processes to ensure the proper functioning of this new service within our printing company. The implementation of the solutions found to respond to this problem marked the genesis of our e-commerce solution.

The e-commerce service offer has therefore continued to expand and evolve, with the onboarding of new clients and their specific issues: management of production documents, personalized goodies, event material, online payment integration,spending accounts management, vouchers, etc.
